Payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.
Delivery. All orders in-stock are dispatched within 5-7 working days via Royal Mail. All costs are shown on screen before completing your order. You can calculate your shipping costs via the cart utility before proceeding to payment. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will be tracked.
Returns. If you are within the UK you can return your goods 21 days from the date your goods were purchased as long as they are unused, unworn, unmarked & with all labels attached. Please return in original packaging with invoice or proof of purchase. If you are outside the UK then the same rules as above should be met but you only have 14 days to make the return. Mr Smithers will not pay for the shipping on return of any goods but will pay for the new delivery costs to get the new or repaired product to you. Warranty. If you wish to return your product due to a manufacture or material defect please contact us at email@example.com and describe the problem accompanied by photos and we will determine how to proceed. The warranty will not be covered for any defects caused by wear and tear or if the product has been mishandled/used. We ask you to send back the item with original receipt and in original packaging in new condition via courier that offers a tracking service and we will then look to either repair the item or replace the item if it can’t be repaired. Mr Smithers will look to send out the new item or repaired item free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fee’s incurred on returning a product.
Sale items. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased in Store. The above policy only applies to goods bought online. Goods bought in the shops can be returned unworn, unused, with all labels attached and with proof of purchase for either an exchange or credit note. We do not refund on non faulty goods.
